One-Man Packing System - Basic

The operator slides the case onto the carton holder where it is held firm during filling. When the case is full, the operator pushes it sideways for sealing and accumulation.

When the case is full the operator pushes it into tape sealer.
The case will travel 180 degree back to the operator who can turn and palletize from the accumulation conveyor.

One-Man Packing System - Ergonomic
Fill, seal and palletize from the same position with a case erector!
The operator slides the case into the case erector, where the bottom flaps are automatically folded and held firm during filling. When the case is full, the operator pushes it through the tape sealer. The case will travel 180 degrees back to the operator, who can turn and palletize from the accumulation conveyor.

The TT-10 is designed to handle primarily flat items such as graphics, mirrors, cabinet doors, half-knock-down furniture, book parcels, etc. requiring top taping only.
Two-Man Packing System for Random Boxes (T-55)
Ideal packing system for varying case sizes for two operators!
With top and bottom closure and the automatic height and width adjustment, the T-55 case sealer is ideal in packing lines where case sizes vary, e.g. in the dispatch department of warehouses. Two operators can work simultaneously on either side of the packing table.
