Thanks to the modular concept, the case sealers can also be expanded whenever your packaging line and box closure need change. The design of the case sealers relies on the centre line principle and our case sealers are, therefore, available in either left-hand or right-hand versions. Each case sealer includes a complete spare parts list, a user manual, a tool and spare parts set containing the most common parts.

Tape dispensers guarantee optimal case sealing
The heart of the case sealers is the tape dispenser. Over the years, this key component has been constantly improved based on practical experience and user input to become the optimal packaging tool. The hub brake can be adjusted to fit different tape types, whilst the tape roll hub can be precisely set to the tape width in use. The rear roller arrangement is a unique component in our dispensers, ensuring firm case sealing. The dispensers can be optionally fitted with a monitor and alarm system to ensure perfect sealing.

Our tape dispensers are available in three different widths: 30 mm width for 25-30 mm tape (with a 50 mm tape overlap), 50 mm width for 38-50 mm tape (with a 50 mm or 70 mm tape overlap), and 100 mm width for 65-100 mm tape (with a 70 mm tape overlap). All dispensers can accommodate rolls with up to 2,000 m of tape and a maximum roll diameter of 40 cm.
