Tape dispensers for case sealers - infeed from the right
For case sealers where boxes come from the righthand hand side.
For case sealers where boxes come from the righthand hand side.
For case sealers where boxes come from the lefthand side.
All dispensers can be fitted with a monitoring system to supervise the sealing process.
The 3-flap folder facilitates the feed-in of cases.
The side pressure guide ensures that the case is held firm during the sealing process.
A motor-driven top assembly ensures stability during the sealing process of particularly tall or heavy cases.
The safety switch is located at the inlet end of the top drive. On activation, the machine will stop.
All standard machines are fitted with 2" high side-drives.
Available with 3 1/8" high side-drives at a surcharge.
All Maxi machines are fitted with 3 1/8" high side-drives.
Available with 2" high side-drives at a surcharge.
7 7/8" or 15 3/4" at in- and outlet.
The strong side-drives are prepared for coders, labelling machinery, etc.
The side-drives can be raised 2" or 4" or 5 7/8" or 7 7/8" above the roller table.
Used particularly for high, short cases.
The safety cover prevents accidents during operation. If the cover is opened, the machine stops.
The pillar stop "locks" the top assembly of the machine according to a chosen maximum case height.
Specially suited for machines with automatic adjustment for case size such as the T-55.
To achieve spring suspension of the top assembly of the machine models T-10, T-100 and T-100 Mini, a resilient stop can be fitted.
Suitable where the cases are slightly overfilled, and the top assembly needs to rebound.
Used for mounting on SOCO SYSTEM case sealers when an end table or a 1' 6" non-driven roller conveyor is required as outlet for the machine.
Used for mounting on SOCO SYSTEM's carton sealer when an end table or a 1' 6" non-driven roller conveyor is required as outlet for the machine.
To increase the capacity / speed of the fully automatic case sealer T-602, the movement of the side drives can be limited by mounting four clamps on the guide assemblies of the side drives. The clamps thus function as side guide stops.
Used when mixed items are led through the case sealer, which should not be closed at the bottom - typically plastic boxes.
The photocell system is used together with the raising/lowering system for the bottom dispenser in T-602, if a plastic box is to be led through the case sealer without tape being applied.
The spare parts kit contains the most vital wear-and-tear parts to avoid long production down-time.
