The carton sealers form part of a large modular production programme which also comprise palletising equipment and stretch film machinery as well as an extensive conveyor system. All units are modular built to work efficiently together. SOCO SYSTEM can offer one-unit or total solutions tailored to fulfil your specific needs for packaging and handling equipment.
Find the carton sealer that is suitable for your specific needs by using the SOCO SYSTEM product configurator for the different products. Here you can set specifications for box dimensions, side drives, tape dispenser, etc. Try it here.
Here you can find answers on how to choose the right carton sealer as well as why you should consider choosing SOCO SYSTEM's carton sealer.
Answering the questions below will help you choose the right machine for your specific purposes.
1. What are the cartons like?
Here we look at cardboard type and dimensions, i.e. length x width x height of the sealed boxes. There is a wide range of machines for both large and small box dimensions as well as for different types of boxes. For example, the TT-10 is used for sealing of very low boxes.
2. Uniform or random carton sizes?
Determine whether the machine must have manual or automatic height and width adjustment. If cases of uniform dimensions in batches are to be handled, the models T-10 or T-400 can be used, whereas the machines T-55 or T-602 can handle random box dimensions.
3. How are the cartons to be sealed?
Here you have to look at tape width and tape overlap, as well as whether manual or automatic flap folding is used.
A: Tape width.
B: Tape overlap.
4. How many cartons in one working day?
Take the existing production line into consideration. If you have a fully automatic packaging line handling boxes of random dimensions, the T-602 is a suitable model for this job. If, on the other hand, it is a semi-automatic packaging line for boxes of uniform dimensions, the T-10 or T-2000 are machines that can be used for this job.
5. Carton contents?
Are the products to be packed heavy or light, fragile, etc.? If the boxes are tall or heavy, select 80 mm side drives. Low or light boxes require 50 mm side drives.
6. Requirements apart from carton sealing?
Conveying, palletising, stretch filming of pallets, production control, ink-jet marking, roller or stamp coding etc.
Flexible quality modules
The carton sealer's design, development, and production are rooted in Denmark and based on the latest and most up-to-date technology.
SOCO SYSTEM's carton sealers consist of a number of basic modules: machine bodies, tape dispensers, legs, side drives, pillars, etc. In principle, the machines differ only in dimensions, electronics, and special features. This makes it possible to construct special purpose machines to suit customers' individual requirements. At the same time, the modular principle guarantees the possibility to extend the machines step by step as an increase or a change in demand arises.
The machines have a centerline construction and can therefore be built for operation from the right or the left. Each machine is delivered with spare part and instruction manual together with a small tool set and a kit of essential dispenser spares.
Easy and Safe Operation
The simple and custom-made design is based on ergonomic principles. The machines are thus easy and safe to operate and require very little maintenance. At the same time their sturdy construction ensures operational reliability, a long life, and a minimum of down-time.
Wide Range of Accessories
SOCO SYSTEM are continuously developing new additions to the already comprehensive carton sealing and accessory programs. With SOCO SYSTEM your packaging lines are always up to date.
Spare parts
There are spare parts for the entire life of a product. Most spare parts are stocked and we deliver to all parts of the world.
