Increase productivity and optimise safety with our flexible and operationally reliable pallet magazines with capacities ranging from 14 to 24 pallets. The pallet magazines can be adjusted for automatic or manual stacking, and they can be used both as stand-alone modules or integrated into large installations.
Efficient stacking and destacking of pallets
The pallet magazines can be used for stacking and destacking of pallets direct from the floor or direct from conveyor systems and packaging lines. The magazines can handle from 14 to 24 pallets in various pallet sizes. The pallet magazines automatically detect if pallets are to be stacked or destacked via photocells and automatics. In connection with manual operation, the pallets are stacked and destacked easily and quickly simply by pushing a button.
Our pallet magazines (or pallet dispensers) can be used as stand-alone modules, or they can be integrated into large installations and conveyor systems. In connection with conveyor systems, the magazines can handle pallets to and from pallet roller conveyors with heights as low as 90 mm. The magazines stop if a pallet has incorrect placing or if an operator gets too close to a working area thus providing optimum safety.
Automatic pallet handling increases productivity
Pallet magazines are a valuable addition to your company that, with a capacity of 5 pallets per minute, can increase productivity, reduce human errors, extend the life of the pallets, and reduce the number of destroyed pallets. The high level of operational reliability and the simple design improve the working environment and ensure an efficient and physically gentle working operation.
Back injuries, fingers and feet getting caught, splinters, dust and noise problems are well-known disadvantages in connection with manual handling of pallets leading to injuries to employees and causing operational stoppage in the production. With pallet dispensers and pallet magazines, your employees are spared unnecessary physical demanding work that, at worst, could end with long sick-leaves.
Multifunctional pallet magazines designed for your needs
The pallet magazines are available in several versions and can be adjusted for various pallet widths and stacking heights of up to 24 pallets. They are available in either a pneumatic (compressed air) version or an electric version. All parts are electrogalvanised or powder coated in the colours RAL 2002 (red) and RAL 9005 (black). Furthermore, the pallet magazines are available in stainless steel for wet and humid production environments.
Our pallet magazines form part of our complete packaging line system consisting of case erectors, roller conveyors, belt conveyors, pallet roller conveyors, pallet loaders, case sealers, palletising robots, and pallet stretch wrappers. The modules can be combined individually according to requirements and extended as the requirements of your company change.
