Fixed curves with Ø 48 wheel axles – single number of wheels
With single number of wheels.
Non-driven curves are curved conveyors or flexible conveyors, which provide effective guidance of items with various bases.
The range of non‑driven curves is designed to meet conveying needs with curve angles from 30° to 180°. The curves can handle items, cases, boxes, and cartons from light to heavy with exceptional stability and flexibility.
Non‑driven curves for internal transport are available in the following variants:
Flexible curve with three-part plastic rollers suitable for plastic boxes. The flexible curve angle can be adjusted according to requirements.
Non‑driven curves can be assembled in modules, compatible with other SOCO SYSTEM conveying products.

With single number of wheels.
With double number of wheels.
Suitable for heavy items and items with edges at the bottom, such as, e.g. plastic boxes.
Suitable for fairly heavy items and for items that call for extra good curve tracking.
The short distance between the rollers is ideal for conveying of small items.
Available in 45° and 90°.
The curves are available with a guide edge fitted on the inside or on the outside.
Low edge = H1.
High edge = H2.
Non-driven roller conveyors are used for conveying cases, cartons, and items in packaging and production lines. The conveyors are of modular construction and can be combined with wheel conveyors or flexible conveyors to create adaptable packaging, production, and workstation zones. The construction ensures a stable flow of items with reduced manual handling and high operational reliability.
Optimise internal transport with a range of non-driven curves, engineered to provide precise guidance and flexibility for a wide range of items and conveying requirements. These curves ensure stable and efficient transport regardless of the weight or base design of the item.
As a general rule for conveying goods using gravity conveyors and curves, the inclination should be set between 2.5-5%, depending on the weight and surface of the items.
Fixed curves with Ø48 mm wheel axles (single or double number of wheels)
These curves are ideal for transporting items with flat bases. For conveying of small items with flat bottoms, a curve with a double number of wheels is recommended. The curves are available with inner or outer guide rails to ensure controlled and stable transport.
Fixed curves with 3-part plastic rollers
Curves with 3-part rollers are used for heavy items or items with bottom edges, such as plastic boxes. For transport of small items, a curve with axle pitch 6° or 13° is recommended. The 3-part rollers ensure robust transport and good stability.
Fixed curves with conical rollers
Curves with conical rollers ensure stable and safe conveying and are designed to transport heavy items. The speed of rotation of the rollers is automatically adjusted to the speed of the item, ensuring smooth transport.
Flexible curves with single or double number of wheels
Flexible curves are smooth running, stable, and can be adjusted to different angles. Based on the item characteristics, a single or double number of wheels can be selected, making them ideal for transport of small and elongated items.
Flexible curves with 3-part plastic rollers
These flexible curves can easily be set to the desired angle and are well suited for transport of items with bottom guiding edges, such as plastic boxes. Their low-noise operation contributes to an improved working environment.
