Swivel couplings

Couplings for roller conveyors, flexible conveyors, and belt conveyors are used to connect conveyor sections and to ensure adjustable transitions in modular systems. The range includes couplings for both non-driven and driven conveyors and covers various mounting types and angles.

• Flexi coupling Type FC: External coupling for flexi conveyor with adjustable angle from 0° to 25°.
• Coupling hook Type AH: Hook for quick hooking/unhooking of roller conveyor without the use of tools.
• Hinge couplings Type A and Type C: For non-driven and driven roller conveyors, angle adjustment up to 25°.
• Coupling for CON bridge: Solution for hinged passages in roller conveyor systems.

Couplings for flexible conveyors, roller conveyors, and belt conveyors

Couplings are accessories in SOCO SYSTEM’s modular conveyor systems and used for connecting and angle adjusting roller conveyors and belt conveyors. They enable flexible installation and easy adaptation of conveyors for internal transport.

Flexi coupling Type FC
Used to connect a flexible conveyor to a roller conveyor or a belt conveyor. Mounted externally on the frames and adjusts the angle between 0° and 25°. Suitable for both non-driven and driven conveyors.

Coupling hook Type AH
Coupling hook for quick connection and manual movement of roller conveyors. Mounted externally on the frames and allows tool-free hooking and unhooking. Supplied with screws and used when needed.

Hinge coupling Type A
Coupling mounted externally on frames and with a transition angle up to 25°. Suitable for descending internal transport and for conveyors with booster function.

Hinge coupling Type C
Externally mounted coupling for connections between roller conveyors and belt conveyors. Angle adjustment up to 25°. Suitable for both non-driven and driven units.

Coupling for CON bridge
Special coupling for sections with hinged roller conveyor. Used when access through the system is required. The CON bridge can be opened manually and is secured with supports and bolts.

All couplings are supplied as complete sets and are compatible with SOCO SYSTEM’s roller conveyor systems. Multiple variants with swivel function ensure a high degree of adjustability and adaptability in conveyor systems.

Couplings for conveyors are used as integrated components in internal transport where flexibility and modular construction are required.
