Driven curves

Driven curves are used for changing the direction of transport of cases or cartons from 30° to 90°.
The curve consists of conical rollers and forms part of a modular roller conveyor system. They are suitable for heavy items requiring stable product flow and reliable control.

  • Stable product flow: Driven curves ensure constant and reliable transport of items.
  • Adjustable speed: Speed can be adjusted using different gear ratios or frequency inverters.
  • High load capacity: Designed for efficient transport of large and heavy items.
  • Low-noise: Minimal noise during operation creating a good working environment.

Driven curves with conical rollers and round belts can be combined with a wide range of accessories, driven roller conveyors, and rotary tables within internal transport. The roller conveyors are available in the required width and with speeds of 10 or 20 m/min. Height is defined by ordering supports as accessory.

Driven curves can be assembled in modules, compatible with other SOCO SYSTEM conveying  products.

Driven conveyor curves with conical rollers

Driven curves are designed to handle heavy items and ensure stable and reliable transport through the production line. With their flexibility and high load capacity, they are ideal for various industrial environments. All driven curves are powered by round  belts, making them suitable for various production environments. The curves are available in different widths and with different speeds and can be seamlessly integrated with internal conveyor systems, roller conveyors, rotary tables, etc. This ensures a flexible, efficient, and reliable solution for internal transport, adaptable to exact requirements.

90° curves with conical rollers
Curves with 90° conical rollers are specially developed to transport large and heavy items with precision. They are fitted with two drives to provide extra power and ensure stable product flow.

60° curves with conical rollers
These curves have one drive and ensure a stable product flow and stability.

30° curves with conical rollers
Compact and efficient, curves with 30° angle are ideal for small bends. Their compact design makes them suitable for small and narrow bends.

Common features of curves with conical rollers:

  • Stable product flow: Ensures constant and reliable transport of items.
  • Fixed or adjustable speed: The curves are available with either 10 or 20 m/min. speed, or alternatively connected to a frequency inverter for variable speeds.
  • High load capacity: Ideal for transporting large and heavy items.
  • Quiet operation: Minimal noise during operation.
  • Flexible guide profiles: Available with low or high guide profile for optimal control of items through the curve.
