Controller with two belt conveyors and roller conveyor

Consists of two belt conveyors operating at different speeds and a short roller conveyor adjacent to the case sealer.

The inlet consists of a belt conveyor running at 33 ft/min (standard 40:1 gear, 50 Hz) followed by a roller conveyor of length 19 3/4".

The outlet consists of a belt conveyor running at 66 ft/min (standard 20:1 gear, 50 Hz).

Acceleration of the items on belt 2 in relation to belt1 is provided.

This type of infeed controller is suitable for automatic infeed control in front of case sealers and flap folders.

As standard, the infeed controller is supplied with grip belt at inlet and smooth belt at outlet. Both belts feature guide profile on the underside. Grooved plate bedding.
