Rotary table with pallet roller conveyor, rotation 0 to 270°

For changing direction of travel of pallet, standard rotation 90°.

The rotary table can be integrated into an internal automatic conveyor system conveying pallets from one location to another.

The standard rotary table rotation range is 0 -> 90°.
One cycle at 11.4 m/min. takes 40 seconds transport (pallet in – rotate 90 deg. – pallet out).

Larger rotations, 0 -> 180° or 0 -> 270°, on request.

The rotary table is delivered with: 

  • 1 electric control box 
  • 2 photocells for orientation of pallet on pallet roller conveyor 
  • 2 ”Home” sensors for limiting the rotational movement 
  • 4 sensors for soft start/stop function 

Frequency converter is required for the rotary motion (not included, but can be supplied on request).

The height of the rotary table can be adjusted to an adjacent pallet roller conveyor system. 

The rotary table is designed for easy service access.

    Surface treatment Electro galvanised steel except gear motor, chains, and roller axles. Gear wheel is tenifered. The turntable has powder coated finish in colour RAL 9005 as standard. Special colours are available at an additional cost.
    Frames Hot rolled bent plate.
    Rollers Ø 80 mm electro galvanised steel tubes with Ø 17 mm axle, steel with M10 thread.
    Bearings 6203 - 2RS.
    Chains Simplex roller chain 1/2" x 5/16".
    1/2" wear-resistant gear wheel made of steel.
    Rotation Timing belt with steel cords type 8M.
    Load Maximum weight 1,500 kg at roller pitch 89.

    Chain drive Chain drive from roller to roller.
    Chain cover Chains are protected by a U-profile mounted above the chains. The cover is placed beneath roller level to ensure access to the pallets from both sides of the conveyor.
    Gear motor 0.37 kW mounted on the pallet conveyor.
    0.37 kW mounted on the rotary table.
    Speed Roller conveyor: 11.4 m/min. (available with other speeds).
    Rotary table: 2.8 or 3.75 rpm (rotations per minute).
