Pneumatic case turn unit

Can be mounted on the side of the conveyor and requires that the cases are guided towards the case turn unit by side guides. 

A side guide is mounted for final alignment of the cartons, so that they are conveyed against the side guide by tilted rollers. Placing a side guide before carton turning is recommended to ensure that the carton hit the turn unit at the same point each time.

• Usually part of an automatic system.
• Air consumption per cycle at 6 bar: 1.3 litres.

Please note: the flow capacity will be reduced by the turning function.
