Fixed turn unit

Turn unit is used for 90° turning of cartons.

Placing a side guide before carton turning is recommended to ensure that the carton hits the turn unit at the same point each time.
A side guide is mounted for final alignment of the cartons so that they are conveyed against the side.
 

The flow capacity will be reduced by the turning function. If this is not acceptable, the speed may be accelerated by choosing a higher conveyor speed or by mounting pulleys on the round belt axle before turning.
