Pusher type CP-SMC

The pusher is designed for mounting in non-driven conveyors and driven round belt conveyors.

Minimum length for driven round belt conveyor is 960 mm, and minimum length for non-driven conveyors is 750 mm.

The pusher is pneumatically driven and activated by a sensor.

The pusher is available with single or double cylinders.

Capacity with single cylinder: Approx. max. 40 kg.
Capacity with double cylinders: Approx. max. 60 kg.

Control system is required.

Control system
If the pusher is mounted at the end of a conveyor, an electric or pneumatic stop arrangement is used to activate the pusher to transfer cartons onto adjacent conveyor.

If the pusher is mounted at the center of a conveyor, the control system will depend on the actual requirement.
