Pallet loader

Four different applications
To illustrate the flexibility, the pallet loader is here gradually extended by various functional modules.

 
Semiautomatic version
1. A ball table at the end of the conveyor line facilitates carton handling. The cartons are pushed by an operator directly onto the stripper plate of the pallet loader according to the desired pattern.
When the stripper plate is full, a button is pressed, and the layer is transferred to the pallet.
The working height is constant and ideal for the operator. 

Automatic versions

2. An adjacent pusher transfers the carton to the pallet loader. Column-stack loads are palletised automatically.
Interlocking loads require turning of the cartons before they reach the pusher.

 3. With a product orientator the system can build individual pallet patterns securing interlocking of the pallet load. Pallet pattern formation and transfer to the pallets are automatic functions.

4. Fully automatic palletising system with pallet magazine and pallet roller conveyors for automatic exchange of pallets.
